Excellent condition, no rust or pitting. Surface ground, drilled and tapped and comes w/ scope bases. Bottom metal is complete, and has been contoured/shaped--ready for polish/finish for blueing, blasting, or???
Also have hinged bottom metal for additional funds. Not available separate, unless action sells first.
