That's all we need...NIMBY mentality...you guys fail to realize that if/when laws like these are upheld in the SC, it's gonna be a short, quick trip to imposition of these same laws/restrictions at the federal level...and we are one fuggin justice away from that happening!!! Yeah, it's up to all the rest of the folks who don't live in socialist schitholes like Mass or the PRK to do the fighting for those that live in those places where they've already given up their rights. Not. F'k 'm.
America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.

Enforcement of any law is directly related to how many will buckle under and accept that law, and obey it.
Even if they know it's unconstitutional.
No its not...they can enforce laws as they come across violators...they would never be so bold as to try going door to door or house to house...they would seize unlawful weapons as they encountered them. Even if NOBODY obeyed the laws....they will still reach their desired goal. As far as being unconstitutional??? Dude...we're just one justice away...

Notably, they aren't banning possession, even though they want to pretend they are:
"Assault weapons prohibited under our laws cannot be altered in any way to make their sale or possession legal in Mass"
And...
"We recognize that most residents who purchased these guns in the past believed they were doing so legally, so this directive will not apply to possession of guns purchased before Wednesday"
Time to buy another lower or two and stash it in the drawer.

Why do firearm manufacturers continue to do business in an anti-0gun state? SMH Because they are still selling some guns and making some money. The manufacturers aren't always selling directly to those states. They sell to distributors who can sell nationwide. When they stop making money, ties will be cut until the situation changes. It's not rocket science. If you owned S&W and sold most of your guns outside the state why would you continue making guns in state?
