Thanks to the post by JJHack on his TX200, I traded my BSA R-10 MK2 .177 PCP for this AA Pro Sport set-up: Vortek kitted walnut Pro Sport in .177, Bushnell Legend 5-15X40AO Mil-Dot & Sportsmatch 1 piece mount.
The only chrony #s are for AA 8.4gr pellets and they are shooting @ 850 fps but the pellets I am shooting the most are 7.9gr Premiers from the box.
The first shooting session had me thinking I made a mistake, groups were more like "patterns". After two more days of shooting though I am now able to get decent groups and can consistently hit shotgun shells at 35yds, even the base of the shell laying on it's side.
I haven't given up PCPs as I have a Daystate Regal XL in .22 on the way but I must say plinking with a good spring piston is a lot more fun than with a "boring" PCP.
