I've read some past threads about the VX6, just wondering if anyone has some recent experience with them. Anyone try a tracking test lately?
Thinking either 2-12 or 3-18x44

I have both of those, and have had no issues with them at all. They are very user friendly.

Got mine on a 280AI it runs from 0 to 35moa and back spot on. That was 5 Moa at a time up and back moves exactly like it should. Glass is AWSOME and the TMOA reticle is really useful and well thought out. I have ran it from 300 to 850 and back then 600 and so on with stellar results. If this low ceiling lifts up I will let you know how it does at 1000. With a 20 MOA base it gives 68 Moa and the zero stop is really easy to use.

Not trying to bust anyone's bubble but I've has two, a 2-12 and a 3-18....
Both would not return to zero and tracking was off. After 20+ dials, the RTZ was more than 1 MOA off from original zero and had to rezero...
If you do not dial a lot, it probably would not have been noticed...

What model Greg, I have had good luck so far but mine is new. Only has 150 rounds sent. I had good luck on my return to zero test. Might have to do again thanks for the info.

No tracking problems yet with my 2-12x42 or 3-18x50 VX-6's. Main use is hunting with associated target practice, but so far so good. Nice glass.

They fixed my 1-6 and so far it is holding zero on a 6.8SPC.

I'm hoping for an exception I will run a 35 Moa up and back test again after a couple hundred rounds to check mine again.
