Looks like a nice design.
It would work well as long as the blade is sufficiently stiff as claimed.

All of these saws are designed to cut on the pull stroke, not the push. How well they cut all comes down to the teeth. A Sierra saw has the same teeth and costs half as much.

forget it, just buy a cheaper saw, "if" the blade was carbide tipped then you would have something,all of them dull up on bone in my opinion.

Stanley makes a cheap plastic folding saw that takes reciprocating blades, so you can get better quality blades cheap and interchange for different purposes, plus you can use whatever length suits your purpose. I have half a dozen and have then in different packs. You can test different blades and see which one works best for you.

Not that one, but if I'm going to saw bone, I don't want holes in any portion of the implement. Just something else to hang up. Same thought on knife blades/handles.
