I suffered about 11 months with plantar fasciitis that finally healed this spring and both of my achilles get sore on occasion. Since I'm going to be spending a lot more time in the mountains I saw these and decided to give them a go. I put in a lot of miles last Saturday and my feet did pretty good the entire time but I think next time I'll paint my toes camo.

Dude, those are some sexy feet, I wouldn't show those after a week in camp!

I showed that pic to my wife. She had a bout with it last winter.

My wife has found them very helpful for backpacking and longer hikes.

I couldn't show my nasty old feet, missing a toenails and such. Funny thing though, when my girls were little (probably 25 years ago) they loved to paint my toenails.

Where'd you get those?

Admittedly I've abused my feet too many heavy loads over too many miles on tough terrain

Ive been using inserts in my shoes and boots. Put some arch support ones in my hip waders preparing for moose season and arrgghh feet no likey

I'd like to try those socks?

Are those specific to plantar facilitis? You mention achilles issue.

My pf has flared up again. After a cortesone shot and some custom made orthodices 5 years ago it went away. Its back and I'm looking for relief. Some mornings I'm limping barely able to walk.
