Seems this is the third upgrade this year I've installed. Is this Adobe, or something else going on. Updates do get everything running. Thx.

I think what started it is Adobe insisting you update whereas in the past you could just run the old version without them shutting it down. I use Task Manager to shut the updater down and then just use Flash Player whenever I need it...the old version.

It's Adobe. I'm convinced they like to update all their programs constantly just to keep the Adobe name in peoples faces. I've yet to see one of their updates in the past couple years add any functionality to my machines.

Been getting that even after upgrades Hat, if you are using 7 just go into control panel/flash player, select the update tab then 'never check for updates' Check manually when you have the urge.
These are my opinions, feel free to disagree.

Welcome to Adobe's junkware.
I won't have any of Adobe's trash on my 'puter whatsoever.

hatari,
I haven't found one that will play streaming video, or maybe I just don't know how to use some of the other programs that are available.
There are several programs that will download them to your computer and then play them with VLC media player. Keep them or delete afterward as you wish.
There is a Youtube Downloader for Firefox, and another Firefox downloader that works on many others.

I would suspect a virus of some sort myself. If you keep getting that message it is malware at work. Download Spyhunter and it will scan you for free. But if you want it to clean it for you they make you buy a subscription. It is the best stuff to invest in in my opinion. They will even remote into your PC to fix it if necessary. I will never be without it. My PC went from unusable to running perfect with Spyhunter. You won't be sorry if you get it.
