I was talking to a lady the other day that works at a state run mental facility the mentally ill people live there and are wards of the state she said they were registering the ones who weren't bed ridden to vote some decision out of Richmond she asked one of the patients who they were voting for they said George Washington it makes me think how many will be persuaded on who to vote for

You don't have to be in a state run hospital to be mentally ill, all you need is to be registered as a democrat.
