It's finally time to sell off my old comp gun. It is a Remington 700, trued by Kirby Allen, with a Sako extractor. It has a Bartlein 5 groove barrel, M24 contour, 24" long. Chambered in 6.5x47L by Demaray Rifle Works, which is also where it got it's XL bolt knob welded on. Barrel is probably about used up at 2900 rounds, but velocity has not dropped off and it will still put 10 rounds into .8" or less at 100. It still shoots well enough to be competitive, but I didn't want to go into another competition season with that many miles on the barrel, and I upgraded my whole setup instead of rebarreling this one. This is the third barrel on this rifle and the action is super smooth at this point. It has won me a pretty good stack of trophies and prizes, and has taken more long range rockchucks than I can remember, like this one at 937 yards:
The stock is a Manners T5-A with a PT&G dbm. Painted multiple times, you can see the different layers of Krylon that have been exposed. Two sling studs up front, 1" decelerator in the rear.
Comes with a Remington trigger and a glued on Weaver 20 MOA rail.
Does not include bipod.
$1400 shipped, paypal gift or +3%, or USPS MO only. No trades. MUST go to a FFL that will receive from an individual, no exceptions.
Listed elsewhere, I'll take it wins.
