If you have one of these, do you prefer the MOA or the MIL turrets? Seems like it would be simpler to keep the turrets and the reticle the same but maybe others have different opinions.
Which reticle do you prefer, the traditional mil dot or the triangular mil (can't remember the name of it off the top of my head)?

I have the milquad version and it works without issue for me. It took a bit of time to change the way I think away from mil dot, but once I got it straight it was second nature. The real test came on a recent pronghorn hunt, where I use the milquad reticle for the first time hunting. Very efficient and a bullet through the heart sealed the deal.

The milquad reticle is a great reticle to hunt with, as well as shoot targets. Run mils if you can. It is far easier in the long run. Plus, if you run mils, you can use your reticle for hold over if you are in a hurry, and you can use it for your wind holds as well. I switched from moa to mils in about 20 minutes, and have never looked back. Best decision I made.

I like moa/moa. But either one will work.
Choose the one you are most comfortable with.....

The Mil-dot reticle with MOA turrets never made sense to me
I prefer the Mil turrets with the Mil-quad reticle to keep things simple.

........ if you run mils, you can use your reticle for hold over if you are in a hurry, and you can use it for your wind holds as well. Actually, this can be done with both. I prefer the turrets to match the reticle. I use both. I prefer mil/mil.
