Shadow on wrong side of the light. Think they may be using more than one light? How many don't notice the fake crime scene tape tied to two camera tripods?Scripted journalism at it's best...  Yup, dishonest and deceptive. All good storytelling deserves a scenic backdrop to elicit an emotional response?
Staged propaganda but it's on a small scale in the photo of the local news.
They wouldn't do this in the National news? Would they? I recall years ago (maybe 35 yrs now), I watched a local news report on some shooting that involved a long gun, there was a canned image of a revolver in the backscreen.... I called the station and the news anchor actually fielded my call and we chatted about why the handgun image was displayed vs a long gun or nothing at all. flimsy excuse was given but I was glad to get a listen on it from the guy.
