It turned out there was delay in delivery of Eileen's latest wild-game cookbook due to some construction near the printing plant, preventing the freight truck from reaching the loading dock for a couple of days. But they are showing up this afternoon (just got a heads-up call) and the a number of people have ordered will be on their way ASAP.

All ordered books headed out USPS media-mail today, so should be there in less than a week. Believe me, as the head taste-tester, they will improve those tougher chunks of deer and any old rooster pheasants in your freezer!

Received my copy yesterday, thank you. It's an extremely good value considering the wealth of information presented. Any plan to offer a large print edition for us old people with declining vision (just kidding).
