December 15th for drawing hunts, but most of Alaska is available with OTC tags for archery or firearm hunting.

Yes, its a draw hunt. I have a hunt booked and the outfitter said he would call me and get my info and apply for me. I wanted to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. So I guess its Dec 15.
