So the markets has already responded to the election of Donald. After an initial fall, then a correction, markets are up but concerns about inflation cant be ignored.
So how much will interest rates rise ? there already up 0.5 and I reckon they could run another 1-1.5% in the next few years.
So how will it affect you are you changing course with your investments ?

My first government bond subsidized low interest home loan in 1982 was at 12-1/4 percent, and we were happy to get it. What kind of rates are you worried about?

When I was a kid, my brother and I would buy 6 month CDs for 6 or 7% with our savings and keep rolling them over. Now I have cash sitting around making .1% or something like that.

I remember those days, when people stood in line for a 15% home loan. People who say land will never decrease in value should have seen the early 80's
