Sure hope they ate all of those pheasants. Cheers NC I'd imagine it would take several hours to make such a display.

I'd like to know how much ground they had to hunt and how many hunters to accomplish that. I'm a bird hunter and that just boggles the mind.

Not sure about the size of the ground but usually these hunts are a one day events and limited to 50 hunters. I also believe most of these birds from this hunt are farmed birds. Look at this older video. I think it is the same location https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QW5YqSOLjhc

There seems to some confusion between "hunting" and "killing".

I wonder who supplied all the ammo to harvest 5,000 plus pheasants.

People forget these countries are a small fraction of the size of the US often with quite large human populations. Means little wild areas and leads to a MUCH different hunting tradition than our own. Really not much of a stand hunter myself. Just to damn curious and part if hunting to me is walking and exploring country but have sat over feeders in Texas and understand why it's done in some areas and will probably do it again. A European driven hunt is also high on the list of what I want to experience even if it's not my preferred way to hunt

Not sure the difference between hunting game here by drives or with dogs vs. over there.
I'd be game to give it a try assuming the game is wild.

I don't think there are that many pheasants left in all of Idaho.
