Lemon turkey orzo soup. Not a big fan of soup but this was pretty damned good.

I enjoyed the shrimp that were served 'all you can eat' at the Outback in CT. My wife had the lobster tails! The steak that came with the shrimp was as tender as any I have ever seen! Steak & unlimited shrimp $15.99! The shrimp were ordered and served unbreaded.

Marinated some Gadwall and Mallard breasts in Zesty Italian dressing for 24 hours before wrapping them in thick cut bacon and grilling them to a medium rare temp. Had some burgundy mushrooms and steamed broccoli. No photos as I was eating too fast...

Then STFU. The rest of your statement is superflous bullshit with no real bearing on this discussion other than to massage your own ego. Suckin' on my titties like you wanted me.

Simple chicken and rice soup tonight. Bought some nice spit breasts a few weeks ago and pressure cooked up a big batch and darn near lived off it for a few days. YUM !!! Good stuff. Double up on the seasonings for a great broth to be used at a later date. mmmmmmmmmmmmm

The plan was whitetail deer tenderloin. But Alas, the fruition will be mock city chicken and Brussels sprouts.
It's friggin' good so I can't complain.

I took mike7mm08 s good suggestion and made Goose jagerschnitzel. I filet'ed a speckled belly goose breast and pounded it flat. I think after the fact I should have split it in half and pounded it. Bacon mushroom and onion sauce and some pasta with butter and parsley on the side. One goose could easily serve 4 and we have lots of leftovers. It was strange, I must have gotten one of the other hunters geese as there were a couple #2 steel pellets in this one. I only shoot them in the eye with a single pellet.

Pan seared chuck eye steaks and eggplant parmigiana. I cheated the eggplant, cheddar/jack mix, no mozzarella. Yeast rolls and football. Seattle sucks!

It was. Browned and then pressure cooked the pheasant. Then shredded it and into the chicken broth with vegetables.
