I think you might need a medium for a 50mm but I am not sure. Just email them. They will get back to you very quickly and I have always double checked with Tim before ordering to great success.

Offshoreman Campfire Regular O Joined: Sep 2011 Posts: 1,958 SC, USA	I am a big fan of the DNZ one-piece system - although you do not say what rifle you have, you should be good with a medium height set up. I have (2) 700's & (2) Model 70's with 1-inch 42-44mm scopes using DNZ low's with no problem. I also have a 50mm Vortex on a 700 in a medium 30mm mount. Hope this helps.
