Perhaps as President, Donald Trump may want to look into having Obama charged for violation of 18 U.S. Code § 2388 dealing with Activities Affecting The Armed Forces During War?...
18USC2388:
(a) Whoever, when the United States is at war, willfully makes or conveys false reports or false statements with intent to interfere with the operation or success of the military or naval forces of the United States or to promote the success of its enemies; or
Whoever, when the United States is at war, willfully causes or attempts to cause insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty, in the military or naval forces of the United States, or willfully obstructs the recruiting or enlistment service of the United States, to the injury of the service or the United States, or attempts to do so—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

So, our 2nd amendment allows terrorists to get "powerful weapons", whatever those are...Climate change causes terrorism, by making life so hard for Muslims that they have to blow somebody up. The implication being, of course, that Trump is a white, European, Anglo Saxon, Protestant, who will bring the world down upon us. After 8 years of being President, you would think Obama might have had occasion to at least skim over the UCMJ, as well. He is basically telling the troops to disobey the President, if they wish. Well, the troops aren't snowflakes. The military ain't Harvard. He has no idea what he's talking about. He just shoulda skipped the speech, and played golf, instead of just making a bigger fool of himself. I didn't think it possible, but here we are.

Obama told the troops, “each of us has…the universal right to speak your minds and to protest against authority; to live in a society that’s open and free; that can criticize our president without retribution.” Uh, no. For the most part Constitutional rights are suspended during active duty in the military. The UCMJ prevails.
