He's still a twit - showed close to zero leadership capacity for eight long years. In some areas/aspects of race relations, it seems like movement may have been backwards, and his behavior has been a key factor. What a waste.

He is right. Democrats are still keeping slaves in the Urban areas housed in
Public buildings in areas and population levels where they have no chance of thriving. They give them enough money to keep them alive and breed. They even reward them for breeding by increasing their pay. They mentally abuse them by telling them they are victims and Whitey is keeping them down and Whitey wants to take away their pay. The hell of being a workng slave has been replaced by living in a hellhole of crime, drugs,shootings and hopelesness. They are expected to vote for their Democrat holders every election. So yes He is correct , The democrats are still keeping slaves.

I call BS on that theory, Dr. Ben Carson amoungst several others is a great example of why the victim ploy is nothing more than an excuse for the unambitious to be on the government dole while they breed, riot and burn and commit crimes a good proportion of which are against members of their own race.
