Picked up a Browning Stalker in .30-06 for cheap. Thinking about making it a donor for a rebarrel. Is there a company out there that can do a rebarrel and match the existing barrel contour? Thinking 6.5-06 or maybe .338-06.

If you mean a barrel maker that can do the match, McGowen can do it for you, and I'd bet ER Shaw too. I think Pac-Nor also offers that service.
If you mean a gunsmith to do the work, I'd say any smith who owns a lathe and knows how to use it can match about any contour you want. He must simply start with a barrel of a bit larger diameter and turn it to anything you want. That's pretty basic gunsmithing.

I was thinking barrel makers that do change outs. ER Shaw changed one out for me several years back and that wasn't an option then. I'll check on the others, thanks.

Yes many barrel makers have a "service" they offer to change out barrels, or they can refer you to someone who will do it.
Contour wise thier barrels may not exactly match your old barrrel so it can require opening up the forearm channel depending on who you had.

Krieger will match an existing contour or make a custom contour barrel.

Yep, I had to really open up the barrel channel on the .338-06 I got ER Shaw to do. Above .30 cal. they use a 2 1/2 contour barrel. Gun shoots good but it's a HEAVY bastid for a sporter.
