Here's a video I put together of my Mule Deer hunt I shared with a good friend this fall, believe it or not but this was a Nov hunt and yes we're just wearing shirts! Warm weather made if tough but we still managed to find two good bucks. I love Vapor trails and these are some of the best I've caught on film! Specs on my Rifle, 300 RUM built on a Peirce titanium action, proof carbon barrel, McMillan Edge Fill gamescout, titanium brake, Jewel trigger, Hawkins rings and topped with a Vortex AMG 2016 Long Range Mule Deer Double- 2 Shots, 2 Awesome Bucks - YouTube

Congratulations on a great hunt. Outstanding video! Nice bucks even with the broken tips.
What is the weight of the rifle? Looks pretty trick!

Beautiful buck. Did you lose any meat to spoilage?

P Thanks Pharmseller no meat lost, shot him Nov 8, it was dropping down to the low teens at night and we where on the ridge right at sunup the next morning, he was cold all the way through when we boned him out. Usually there is tons of snow up there that time of year, pretty crazy fall we had this year

Very good footage, great camera... Def stinks about the 4th being broken.. I would definitely put some orange on when your packing out.. The antlers combined with your camo choice made you look like an easy target for a person not in the know when you were packing yours out.. Just food for thought.

It may not be cool, but I keep a large camo "T" shirt in the back pack for covering the antlers.

Hope Everyone had a Merry Christmas!!
Appreciate the concern for my Safety, this is a very remote area, there is only 2 other camps that hunt in there and we all have our spots we go to so we aren't stepping on each others toes, Now other areas I hunt I wont get out of the truck without wearing orange and I'll put the antlers facing down in my pack

Jordan, I never see you at the range anymore. I was trying to remember if that was you that helped me at the range about 6 years ago. I'd just got my new creedmoor build from the smith and had blown my acl out and couldn't walk. Someone walked my target out to the 200 yard line for me and spotted my shots. We thought I wasn't even on paper but when whoever it was grabbed my target all the shots were in the 1/2" black bull. I killed a 4x4 with it the next day. That creedmoor still shoots. Was that you? If so thanks again.

Yup that was me! Getting sick of the politics of that range, still irritated they locked the long range, that was the only reason I went up there
