What is on your list? One rifle, four? Or what?
My list is short. I have had a couple of these over the years but have foolishly parted with them.
I am wishing for a Savage 1920 in 300 Savage.
Good luck and best wishes to all in 2017.
Jim

Faster cars, Better Whiskey, More Money, and of course Good Friends. This forum checks off one on my list, Joe.
I'm not greedy, I just want one of each.

I'd like to find ANY Savage 219 in .32-20 WCF and/or an original Utica-made 219 in .25-20 to replace my .25-20 "parts gun."
And a cherry 1917 in my price range (i.e. CHEAP) would also be very welcome.
My modest wishes....Happy New Year everyone!

On my list is a factory D&T'd 300 or 308 so I can finally have a scoped Savage. Post mill with box mag preferrably, just because everything I have is pre-mill. But a nice EG in 300 would do as well, or maybe one in 250....

Looking for barrel band sling attachments that fit on the 1920 era thin 1899/99 barrels.

Hoping for a Michigan bear tag and a chance to fill it with a 99.

Rod how many points do you have? Are you planning to hunt the Baldwin area?

Wife and I are putting the house and business up for sale in January, need to leave this area. Who wants us? (I'm mostly potty trained) Need a good gunsmith for 99's. Got a 22-250 at a second guy now, we'll see how that goes. First guy sat on it for over a year. Need a 300 DL with bad barrel bluing rebarreled to 250-3000, have the correct lightweight barrel sitting here. Need a 99C action barreled to 6.5-284, have the action, wood, and .284 magazines, need the barrel and smith. Need to liquidate whatever parts I don't use on the above projects and be done with it.

I would like to upgrade my 1st version 99-H. The current one has a little to much character. An early Short Rifle with a PG, checkering and condititon. A volunteer to host a 2018 Savage Fest!

Rory and I are halfway to everywhere. Just want a good turn out where ever it is. To much work and money to have a low attendance. That is why we went with ever two years. People should be able to plan a head and save their pennies for gas money to get there.

An 1895 carbine is still my holy grail. However, an 1899 25-35 SRC or any 25-35 with a 20 or 22" barrel would cause me to open my wallet.

Rod how many points do you have? Are you planning to hunt the Baldwin area? I believe I have 13 points. Yes, I plan to hunt in the Baldwin zone. Seems to be a lot of bears in the last couple of years. Rod
