A very significant day in history! We have just experienced a soft revolution....thus far!
I wish President Trump well with his plans to Drain The Swamp.
Now it's time to Drain Juneau and Make Alaska Great again!

24HCF in its entirety, is solely responsible for why my children do not have college funds, my mortgage isn't paid-off and why I will never retire early enough to enjoy the remainder of my life.

Who?
That's in the rearview mirror. I can't see harboring a seconds worth of care for the mistake of the past eight years.
The future looks so bright, it's blinding.

Vern, thanks for the thread. I'm far from a spring chicken and yet I've never watched an inauguration with more interest than this one in my entire life. Like you I wish President Trump well in his efforts to drain the swamp. What the heck happened to Alaska? You guys need to change some leaders in Juneau for sure!

John,
I have to agree on the inauguration but I often wonder if many folks realize the significance of that day.
Your bows are very interesting.....I'll have to show your site to a friend.
We are experiencing more of a winter than the last few years and our moose country is getting more snow but not enough to hurt the moose.
I see you have Helle knives.....I gave mine to a young lady [16 YO] that took her first moose this fall....61" at that. Too many choices but they are a great knife.

Vern,
Good news on finally having a true winter. I just hope you don't get a late-winter wet/thaw that puts a hard glaze on top of the snow. When the moose break through and the top glaze starts cutting their legs is when they seem to suffer the most.
My two favorite all-around Helle knives are the Taiga and Harding. I like the Taiga because the haft allows for a bigger handle. I personally prefer buying the blades and making my own grips.
John

Amazing speech. I was at a hockey tourney and read it yesterday. My son and I sported our 'Make America Great Again' hats for Inauguration Day & the weekend tourney. Got a compliment from an old timer & few other guys. I take pics of my boy when we're wearing our hats and post them to facebook with a caption proclaiming how we were out 'making america great again.' lol
