Many scopes come with them now. Vortex is one that includes them with some scopes and I think some Burris scopes include them as well...

Prices on these things go anywhere from $12 for a Mueller to $50+ for a Leupold or Zeiss.. I'd like to get a few more, but refuse to pay the ridiculous prices for a short piece of threaded aluminum. I'm thinking $15-20 is a more realistic price range.

I cannot find the pitch or thread size anywhere for available scopes.

Does anybody out there have a cross reference chart for what ( or whose) sunshades will fit what scopes?

I highly doubt they are going to be able to be cross-referenced or used on another brand. Even if it did somehow fit, it would no doubt look terrible because of a slightly different finish or color.

Ebay is sometimes a good place to find things like that, much cheaper.
