You don't think they didn't already have that in their back pocket?

Estimates will be made with contingencies, but typically not for products sourced from different vendors.

Understood. So we're assuming that they didn't have the slightest inclination about this, say at some point after the 8th of November?

Do you really think a project that was FID'd in 2009 estimated said cost post 9 November 2016? Maybe in the unlimited spend of the government on their projects.

I'll bow to your vast knowledge of all things.

It's also quite obvious you don't understand the question from your response, which isn't surprising coming from an engineer.

That said, when it comes to determining cost to lay pipe, you'd be the first I'd ask.

My experience has probably not been same as EdM, but it's always cost me a helluva lot more to lay pipe, than I thought it was gonna cost.

Hopefully that means a bunch more refinery construction in Houston - which suits me just fine.

HMmmmm, bus trip from D.C. to SR,....timings seems right.
I'd like to ascertain just how many of em' were present, indeed perhaps even arrested in D.C.

Just up the creek from the Rez.

I don't predict much for protests.

Well, you could be famous. Why chase cows your whole life?!?

Or, open a B&B for the protestors, and take them on farm tourist vacations. There's money in them their pockets, ya know.

Heck, Sam. You could probably sell those prosestors cow patties as "Montana Pizzas".

That gumbo-mud-gob off a cow's hoof made it into the museum in Miles City after all.

Tell 'em it's "avante-gard". If I spelled that right.

Probably not, at least not because of this line. The expansions to refine this oil were done years ago and have been working with foreign crude, shipped in.

I concur. My pipe laying excursions have always come in over budget and under performed.
