Yep if it were a blanket ban on a religious group such as Muslims it would clearly be unconstitutional (offense isn't something from which we're protected by law so I don't give a $h!t whether anyone is offended) but it is not that.
Even asking the question the way that you did suggests either amazing ignorance or intellectual dishonesty such as that practiced by the MSM. It's earned them the status of irrelevance.

They just need to enforce the 1952 Immigration and Nationality Act. Chapter 2, Section 212 already says to keep these people out.Koran, Sharia Law, and Hadith all require submission to Islam. They all require overthrow of gov't and implying of sharia. This law forbades letting these people come here.
