My gun cabinet runneth over..............

I have a hard to find CVA Scout V2 in 35 Remington that I didn't have a chance to take deer hunting this year. It is the black synthetic stock, 22" long stainless, fluted barrel model. You can see it and read about it by clicking on the following link to CVA's web site:

http://cva.com/CVA-Store-View.php?id=761

These come with a one-piece scope mount similar to the Ded Nutz Game Reaper, are really good recoil pad, and a terrific trigger.

I ordered it brand new from a firearms dealer in my town. I have shot less than one box of ammo through it to sight it in for a deer hunt I never got to take it on. I shot a few factory Remington 150's, 200's and Hornady Leverevolution through it at 75 yards. All went into close to the same hole, so this rifle is as accurate as people say they are. The CVA Hunter Compact I had in 300 Blackout was a dandy rifle, too.

The rifle is in spotless, brand new condition and I have the factory box and all of the paperwork that came with it. I'd like to have $375.00 for it including insured shipping to any lower 48 states FFL who accepts long guns from private individuals.

I have a lot of factory ammo to sell, since this is the only 35 Remington I own. I have 8 or 9 boxes of Hornady Leverevolution ammo, most of a box or Remington 150 grain ammo, and a full box plus part of one of Remington 200's. These boxes include less than 20 pieces total of once-fired brass from sighting the rifle in. I will make the buyer of the rifle a good deal on whatever of this ammo they want, and won't sell any of it until the rifle sells.

Probably the only thing I'd consider taking in on trade would be a new or like new T/C Pro Hunter frame.

Also for sale locally so subject to prior sale. I will post it sold as soon as I can when and if that happens.

$350.00 shipped.

This is a lot of rifle for the money. Put a scope on it, get some ammo, sight it in, go hunting. Great chambering, great shooter.

PM answered dahudge43. I will answer your questions this evening after I get home.

This is not a switch barrel model, DoubleCK. I am in SW Missouri.

Check out the following package deal I will offer ONLY to the person who buys my CVA rifle:

All is factory ammo.

Remington with 200gr bullets -- 1 full box of 20 rounds plus one box with 18 live rounds and 2 pieces of once-fired brass

Remington with 150gr bullets -- 3 live rounds plus 17 pieces of once-fired brass

Hornady Leverevolution with 200gr bullets -- 8 full boxes of 20 (160 rounds) plus one box with 2 live rounds and 18 pieces of once-fired brass

That's 203 live rounds plus 37 pieces of once-fired brass. And the 37 rounds are all this rifle has had shot through it.

Most places you look has 35 Remington ammo of whatever brand listed for $28.00 to $30.00 a box, plus sales tax and/or shipping on top of that. (FYI - My Hornady boxes still have $30.95 price stickers on them.) New 35 Rem brass looks like it sells for about $0.75 each piece. When I looked at Natchez's web site, however, I found Remington brand 35 Rem ammo for either side of $25.00 a box (depending on which bullet weight) and Hornady ammo 35 Rem ammo for $23.08 a box. This is about as cheap as it gets. And you'd have shipping and/or sales tax to pay for on top of this. At Natchez's prices all of what I have would add up to $256.20. This much ammo would probably pack up and ship at 15 lbs. or 20 lbs. I'd say, so your shipping cost might be $25.00. That's $275.00 or $280.00.

Give me $350.00 for the CVA including shipping and I'll pack up all of the ammo and brass and sell it to you for $195.00 total, including the shipping.

I might trade towards a lightweight bolt action 308 or 7mm-08.
