I do not believe so. Talley does make a peep sight for their bases.

If you use the leupold QRW rings and a picatinny base, you will have several options.

Since I have 61 year old eyes, my choice for auxiliary sights in a QR mount set up is a second scope.
I think that Leupold QRs sit so high that you'd need an exceptionally high set of auxiliary sights if you opted for a peep sight. I have a Leupold QR base on a Remington 7600 where the open sights are functional/visible with the scope removed, but they sit pretty high above the barrel.

Have run a number of qr bases on Winchesters, with all having fixed sights. Cannot find the pic at the moment, but have even installed Redfield flip-up peep sight on a rear qr base paired with a post front. I used qr mounts when I had hard kickers, and needed repeatable mounts to address fixed sights.

Cannot locate my pics, but this is what I duplicated using the Redfield peep.

Very interesting. Who made the irons? They look a lot higher than stock.

Nice job on the redfield peep to a Leupold base. I've got a couple of the original redfield bases with the flip up peeps and when I sighted it in I was pleasantly surprised with how well i could aim with them. Sighting in isn't very exact, but wasn't really any trouble. They work better with fixed power scopes when you prefer low mounted scopes though! At least for me the power ring interferes with the folded peep.
I may have to replicate your project on another rifle. Do you recall the thread pitch for the redfield screws?
