*This is a very easy "wildcat" to load. 444Marlin brass thru the sizer die is all that's needed.

To answer a question I received...
I am not looking for trades on this gun.

Nice rig. I had a similar one. It sure is a thumper. Like you said, simple to load for. The recoil is not bad at all, and you can tame the loads down a bit if you want.

I'm assuming that is hard chrome on the action vs. stainless? I ran mine with factory blued finish for a while, then sent it in for chrome. I ran the same scope setup, and somehow was able to get all 4 rings on it. Probably overkill, but it worked.

I always thought it was stainless but I'm not familiar with the hard chrome finish.

As far as the frames- the older ones were all blued. Then they went to stainless and factory chromed as options, but not sure when that was. The hard chrome is pretty much as durable and weather resistant as the stainless anyhow. I'm sure there is a way to tell the difference, but I'm not a Contender guy, so they would have more insight on that.

Nice package! I have a hunting pard that took one to Africa and killed a Bull Elephant with it. Potent!
