Picked up an older Browning .22 automatic rifle that came with a 3/4" tube 4 power Redfield. Took it out the other day and bullets were flying everywhere. Checked it out and one of the upper half rings, the threads were stripped out. These rings are made of aluminum and are the pinch type that work with a 3/8" groove topped receiver. Do any of you guys have a suggestion on a better set of 3/4" groove type rings I could buy? And if so, who sells them? Thanks in advance. RRM

Google 3/8" groove to weaver adapter. They are cheap and allow you to use any weaver type ring out there.
