I'm taking my 10 year old son turkey hunting with me this spring and am looking for a youth stock for my Remington 1100 lt 20 that will fit better for him. If anybody has one to sell or can help me find one please let me know, I'm not seeing any around. Thanks!

A couple different options.

Remington made a 20 ga. camo set that is 13" LOP. Part # 19552. Not sure if they are discontinued or not, but there is a set currently for sale on Ebay. $130 new.

There is also a laminate compact stock set for $120

Here is a black compact set for $70
http://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/prod/19551

Or, they made a black stock that is adjustable, with various spacers that come with it to go behind the recoil pad. Not sure of the part number for that one off hand.

They probably made walnut stocks in the compact or youth model as well.

One note also- the factory walnut stocks for the Lt-20 in good condition are in pretty high demand. Just sold one last week on Ebay for $265, for the stock only.

KenMi the set on Midwest Gunworks looks like what I have in mind I'll see if I can get one ordered. I don't expect he will need a short LOP for long but for now will be a big help. Thanks for your help.

No problem. Not sure why they discontinued all the stocks, but that appears to be the case

Hopefully you got that set, because it now shows out of stock

The stocks at Midwest are sold out and on backorder and the part number you listed shows up the same on a lot of sites so this must be a discontinued item. That would explain why the only one available is for sale on eBay at twice the original new price.

$130 is a lot of cheese for a plastic stock to use for one season so maybe someone here on the Fire has one they no longer use and would sell for a reasonable price, then I'll do the same for the next kid.

Thanks for the help.

The Remington site used to have some, haven't looked in a while. I've got a real short one I'd loan you, don't want to sell it since I'll need it when the grandkids get big enough.

FYI, 870 stocks fit 1100's too..

Midwest had one set when I posted the link earlier, so I thought you grabbed it.

https://www.remington.com/shop/Sale%20&%20Clearance/c/Sale%26Clearance?q=%3Aname-asc&pageSize=0&page=0

Couple of 870 20 ga compact stocks here.

I'm 99% sure these will work, better get another opinion.

I can't get the link to work, just go to the Remington site and look at their clearance items.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. Brazos, that is a generous offer to loan your stock, thanks very much. I looked at the Numrich stock listed and it should work fine. I'll see if anyone has a used set they want to sell and otherwise get one from Numrich. Got a little time before the season and still a lot of snow on the ground.
