Federal judge in Hawaii puts Trump travel ban on hold.

HONOLULU (AP) -- Hours before it was to take effect, President Donald Trump's revised travel ban was put on hold Wednesday by a federal judge in Hawaii who questioned whether the administration was motivated by national security concerns.

The President has the constitutional duty to help safe guard the citizens of the USA.

Congress needs to start impeachment for all of these Judges that refuse to follow the Constitution.

Plain and simple.

What this new judge and the other one does not follow the LAW.

Well, heard an interesting question in relation to this on the radio today.

Would you be OK with Trump just ignoring this judge like Obama did with the FOIA stuff when the courts said his admin must release those documents?

ETA: Forgot my answer: NO. That's not how our government works, and we're not going to sink to the level of the commies. Get those judges off the bench legally.

The President isn't over reaching ignoring it (if he does). The Federal judge is out of bounds just like the last time.

These Liberal judges need to be fired.

That's nearly impossible. It's a lifetime appointment and only impeachment and conviction on the impeachment charges can remove them...


Or lead poisoning...but that isn't a good option...

How can they go judge shopping?

We have a genuine constitutional crisis. There is no way around it. The judges have overreached and aren't following the rules of law. Yet, to impeach them, even if justified, will be seen as purely political and you can damned well bet that the Dems will use it against conservative judges when they are in control if we start down that road.

The best thing is for Trump to channel his inner Andy Jackson and simply ignore the courts. The courts have no method for enforcement and for more than two centuries it was that realization and the fear of what would happen if the rest of the government ignored them that mostly kept the courts from becoming overtly political and partisan.

They've forgotten the lesson that Andy Jackson taught them and become overtly political and partisan. They need to learn how powerless they truly are. That lesson will rein them in and possibly save their role in the government.

I think Congress co0uld shortcut the impeachment by cutting the activist judges out of the appropriations.

Apparently, Federal Judges run the country. It's a legal order.

Maybe we should throw the borders wide open and let the head-loppers in. Make sure they go to places like HI, CA WA, NY and every other democrap-voting socialist schitthole and let them ply their trade.

I have never understood why one man, a federal judge, can have so much power over the citizens, when he was not elected by those citizens. It just doesn't make sense to me, and never has. That is why it is extremely important to never put a liberal president in office, because they will put fellow liberals in those judgeships. Obama was elected twice because the GOP ran candidates that did not appeal to a lot of Conservatives, and they didn't vote. That meant that a liberal president got to put his people in positions that will affect us for many years to come. As they say, elections have consequences, and many times those consequences are very far reaching, and long lasting.....as we are seeing now. I am of the opinion that no one judge should have that much power, and to give a judge sitting on a court in Hawaii, or anyplace else, power to say what goes on nationwide, shows that the federal judicial system needs a total and complete overhaul.

The choice of good options is running thin.

Time to switch Good for Effective.

He needs to start arresting these people and trying them for treason.

If the EO actually said or did what the judge says, it would be illegal. He used comments from people not involved and comments from the campaign trail to make a "logical leap" to what is really meant by the EO.

that's not how our legal system works, or shouldn't be. Judge the EO on what it actually SAYS, that's all thats enforceable
