I think you need to go swimming and dive for that duck. You know, I used to on the swim team in high school... But got an education when I was placing the pond aerator out in the center of the pond awhile back... An education in how I'm not able to do what I could in high school, that is.

Your neighbor may have seen ducks go down over your place and done a sneak in while you were gone. He's stupid alright. But, I doubt he's THAT stupid. I think he was outside tinkering around with something in his driveway the other day when a pack of dogs showed up in a clearing I can see from my patio. My AR was within reach so I had an excellent rest over the hood of my truck, and got meat the first two shots, and made a valiant effort to get the other two before they hit the brush. Then followed up with a couple more shots on one on the ground, but still kicking. I wasn't trying to save ammo... just to take care of the dog problem. Evidently, it got the neighbor's attention as well. He quit banging on whatever he was banging on.
