Open a Chrome Incognito Tab. Be sure to vote for the matchups in both brackets, it doesn't seem to register the vote otherwise. After you've voted on both brackets, a pop up window will invite you to come back and vote for the final on May 23rd. Simply close (X-out of) the pop up window. Then refresh the brackets page and you should be able to vote again. This will only work with a Chrome Incognito tab, as it dumps cookies upon refresh.
