This gun has had a scope mounted, sighted in and that's it. Never carried in the field and less than a box of shells down the tube. For those unfamilure with the model it's a push feed action with a mcmillan stock from the factory. I am asking $825 [img] [/img]

I had this model when they were in production, very accurate and a joy to carry. First production rifle with McMillan stocks at the time as the alternative was wood from Remington or Ruger.
Sold the rifle for a M-70 XTR featherweight in 257 Bob and bought the McMillan featherweight stock from Winchester to replace the factory wood stock. No longer have it but wish I did.

When scoped reasonably they are about the perfect weight for an all around rifle. Not to light and not too heavy.

With or without floor plate for magazine?
I have one in .338 and you are exactly right about them being a nice weight for an all around rifle!

It does not have a floor plate. IIRC none of them had floor plates.
