Full passport only. Never leaves my person from the time I first check my bags until I pick up my luggage on final return. Traveling international, or just within the U.S. Not always "required" for domestic travel. However, the only Personal Identification document that I have never had questioned or disputed...

Do not have ether one Use to go to Mexico before all the trouble started down there.
If I ever have the want to travel I will have to get something. No plan in the near future.

A passport is good for 10 years? Yes but children are 5 years I believe. You are correct. Us adults pretty much look the same 10 years later. A two year old, not so much, right?

Yes on the PP and PP card. The card, while not really useful in any real sense is an optional picture ID one can carry and is cheap. CCW and PP covers most daily functions that don't involve driving (I ride my road bike a lot more than I drive).
