I need a roller to mash down ruts in the yard. Anyone use one of the poly rollers or should I go steel? I'm leaning toward steel, I can at least weld on it if I have to.

Never used one of the poly kind but my steel roller worked ok. It lasted about twenty five years but finally rusted through and would not hold water any longer.

It would be better to fill them in with new dirt than to compact the edges with a roller.

One shot, one kill........ It saves a lot of ammo!
