Did we all see the article was published by CNN?
That alone is enough to make me take it with some skepticism.
CNN is the world leader in lies sold as news. CNN is no more then a mouth piece for international communism, and that's all they have ever been.
If there is truth to the Article I'd bet there is a lot more to the story.
One thing to point out is the fact that the USA cannot be made to do anything by the communist W.T.O. So if it's true (And that's a big "if")it only means that the international communists want the US Tax payers to fund them some more.
It doesn't mean the WTO is judging anything justly.
And it doesn't mean the USA has to pay those pieces of Lenin's feces anything.

Read an article the other day that lays out how the WTO has jurisdiction to sanction a country for failure to control smuggling. Maybe time to counter-sue for failure to control the cartels
