I'm selling a semi-custom Kimber Montana 243. I'm the second owner and this is the info I got from the original owner. All work done by IT&D, Douglas SS fluted air gauged barrel finished at 20", #3 contour, 1 in 9" twist, .662 at muzzle. They did an excellent job matching the barrel finish with the receiver finish. Weighs 6lb 5oz as pictured and balances well. A few minor dings on the stock and bolt knob. Scope NOT included but bases and rings are. I've shot it very little and was sub-moa with Fed 95gr NBT's. Asking $1300 shipped and insured, CONUS.

Wow, Is that 6lbs 5oz with a pound of scope and rings? Is a fluted 20" number 3 barrel no heavier than the stock barrel?

Sorry for the delay. STS: I traded for this rifle wanting to try a Kimber Montana which I'd never owned. While I really like the rifle, I just don't hunt with a 243 very often. So it's been a safe queen and I'm looking to thin the herd. RHC: I double checked the weight and I was a couple oz off from what I remembered. It's 6lb 7.8oz. I originally had a Leupold FXII 6x36 on it. TDN: Just the Fed 95gr NBT's that I mentioned above Looks like it's SPF to old Willys if he is ok with the reported weight error.
