Guys, I shot a 91 from the white tees! I'm not the best golfer, but his was a decent score for me.

So, you shot some golf and got some of their balls, huh? How do you cookem?

Have work piled up but logged 70 hours last week so said the hell with it. Spent most of the day with a bud shooting whistlepigs (Columbia Ground Squirrels I think are their official title). Windy and cold as hell, but you know what the say about the worst day hunting/shooting being better than the best day working. 77 yards was about my best shot with my Ruger 10/22. Brought the CZ .17 HMR along but after about 6 shots sighting it in, I started having what I thought were misfires. Turns out the bolt wasn't re-cocking so I guess I need to pull it apart and readjust the new Rifle Basix trigger a bit.

Still was a load of fun!!! No Democraps in site!

I shot a 7mm Chilean Mauser into the French Broad River, 1/2 mile away. Made a nice splash.

I almost shot my contractor. That was all.

I am heading out in an hour or so with my 416 Rem M70 for some practice off the sticks.

I broke in an unfired Remington 700 PSS LTR in 308 (of course) and my trusty Frakengun 6.5 Swede. I helped a younger shooter zero his AR at 100 yards and taught a stranger how to boresight and zero his AR. As public ranges go, I do like Yolo Sportsman's outside of Sacramento. It is good to get out with good people and good guns. It is great with a follow up meal, weapons maintenance, and handloading lessons.

Two coyotes, so far. .220 Swift at about 250 yards.

I punched paper with my three GAP rifles, 338 Lapua, 260 Rem., and 308.
Those GAP's just flat out drill. And they are addicting.
It that dang George's fault, he started this madness. grin.

I feel like such a puss. I haven't shot a gun in at least a week. That was a long shot at a hog. Not sure what where it hit, but he looked like a bulldozer when he crossed the road...
