I have been watching this show for years.
Just found out Edd China has quit because they want to make the show more about buying/selling instead of focusing on how to repair the car - in an effort to save money.
that is crap. You watched the show to learn how to fix them, not rip off some elderly widow desperate to sell it.
have you paid your dues, can you moan the blues, can you bend them guitar strings

That's a bummer . Watching Edd fix those cars was the best part of the show. At least there's still Bitchin' Rides, Graveyard Carz, Chasing Classic Cars, and hopefully FantomWorks.

I have always enjoyed watching Wheeler Dealers. My daughters like to watch it with me. It's a shame about Edd. I really like his parts of the show. I generally don't care much for pushy sales types but Mike is just likeable enough to watch him too.
Most of the other car resto shows I do not watch, the gaunt/goatee/spiked hair/tatoos/just out of rehab look gets old, it's on practically all the shows, can't they come up with anything else? And they are not nearly as articulate as Edd and Mike.
Gonna miss the old Wheeler Dealers, but I will give the new show a chance.
