As you all know, a decent Reuben is a difficult thing to find.
I offer this official campfire forum registry of decent Reuben sandwich locations. Proven, verified, quality Reubens.

Feel free to add to this registry.
I have tried approximately 927 million billion other locations, these are the only 2 places that have passed so far.

The ones at the Horse race track in Hot Springs, Arkansas are legendary, so I am told. I have never had a Reuben Sandwich anywhere. I do like sauerkraut on a hotdog at times. miles

McAlisters in Wichita Falls Tx makes a passable Rueben but you have to tell them to leave off the Thousand Island dressing.
Is that even supposed to be on one?

Arby's sells a Ruben that surprisingly is not bad at all. Ate one there last Sunday.
Local Mom and Pop restaurant has Rubens on their menu that is pretty good too in my opinion and comes with a side of delicious still hot homemade potato chips.
The old no longer in business Lum's restaurant chain made a pretty decent Ruben sandwich too. Used to be a real treat to stop in Lum's on a blazing hot summer day, order a Ruben and wash it down with a frosted mug of Ballantine Ale, or two, or three.

That being stated if your ever on the left coast behind enemy lines Tommy Joynt in SF get my vote for the Bay Areas best.
There are a few others in NorCal out in the Valley where I live but that's the best I've had north of the Jewish Delis in LA.
