I have a new Tikka T3x that when the bolt is cocked and the safety is engaged, the bolt lifts open freely and does not stay locked like it should. Any ideas what is going on?? Thanks a million in advance!
Problem solved. Screw for talley ring base too long. I am unable to delete post.
