Anyone tried these? We had pretty good luck trolling with them on a local higher lake 5,000' that has trout and a population of very small smallmouth bass. We caught both but the two smallmouths we caught were 13" which is about twice the size of the usual smallmouth caught here. It's not a cheap lure at somewhere around $14 but it works.

Never heard of this lure. Sorry.

I hadn't either till a few weeks ago.

Live Target makes some incredibly lifelike lures.

We've got minners that look just like the "bronze goby" they sell.

This lure is a jig type, so it doesn't cover ground like a crankbait, but it works.

So far, it appears to catch fewer, but larger, smallmouth, largemouth and even rocks, on a 3-1/4" lure.

They do make lures that look like "Live Targets" -- at least to us. I'm not convinced that they fool fish any better than standard lures. And I really cringe at the thought of throwing a $15 lure into the brush and rocks.
