The debt under Clinton went down but not until the republicans swept the house and senate. Clinton seems to get all the credit but not so fast, the president does not spend a penny. The house and senate do. I dont think spending went down under Trump, I think more money came in. Not 100% sure though.

The economy grew. Thus more tax money came in. If he gets congress to cut taxes, the economy will grow even more and have more tax money coming in. Also, the crack down on ILLEGALS has resulted in far fewer people on welfare and food stamps. Hmmm, they were sapping our system. Between the economy growing and getting people to work and off welfare and food stamps, the spending and debt will go down.

Clinton Presidency was during the humungous technology boom, on top of an already recovering economy from the previous administration. Obunglar policies (economic and otherwise) may have permanently damaged this country beyound recovery - certainly it will never regain all it's lost political ground domestic or foreign. 100B here, 100B there. When are we going to start talking about real money.....
