I am considering buying one of these to put on a NULA 30-06. The power range is perfect for my purposes, it is illuminated and is lightweight. Anyone have any experience with it?

my 1-6 vx6 went back to the factory within about 3 months

I have a V-6, 1-6 on my AR, works wonderfully. Illum is very precise

I have 1 on my AR also, works great for me & huge eye box.

To me the #4 is too thick for presice target work at 300 yds and beyond, the reticle covers too much of the target.

Most wouldn't think a 1-6 would be a LR scope, but at 6X, a long shot isn't a stretch.

I like the std. duplex, feel it's heavy enough. With the Firedot, you have the best of both worlds.

I have two VX61-6 scopes: one on my 7x57 and the other on my .375 H&H. I have zero complaints out to 300 yards.

I have one on my 375 h&h. After 3 African safaris and numerous practice and range sessions it has proven to be extremely rugged and reliable.

I'm going to pick one up and give it a try.
