I bought one of these about a year ago on here and love it. Looking for one for my son. Let me know if you have one you would like to sell. Thanks

Remington makes the Ultimate but it's not smokeless?
I have some smokeless conversions if you are interested, they are very nice and very accurate but they are not inexpensive, Pm me for more info
here are a couple of examples

Hillbill makes some beautiful rifles. One of the best out there.

Bill, what are you asking for the Apex?

Sorry guys, I didn't mean to mislead, the Apex is a one off custom with a .40 cal Rock Creek barrel, it's not for sale but I do have other bolt guns I would part with.

the top gun is a Rock Creek 18 twist in a Mcmillan A-4 with lots of goodies and it's a lazer, it's heavy too, 14.5 without scope and rings
If anyone is interested I will post specs and a price, they are not inexpensive however.

to answer the safety question.

They are as safe as the user. shooting known loads in a gun purpose built there will never be an issue BUT double load or get stupid and you can get hurt as with any other muzzleloader.
SMOKELESS IS NOT FOR THE MASSES!
