I prefer the Irma Hotel/Bar as a hangout, when I am in Cody hunting/visiting family. I think that I have paid a few of their light bills!
Sounds like a good trip.
You did not "seen" anything, you "saw" it. A "creek" has water in it, a "crick" is what you get in your neck. Liberals with guns are nothing but hypocrites.

Congrats on a great hunt and thanks for putting a dent in the wolf population. While at the Cowboy Cafe in Dubois, did you have any of the homemade pie? Some of the best I ever had.
There's 2 dates they carve on your tombstone. Everyone knows what they mean. What's more important is time that is known as the little dash inbetween.

Re: The Irma Hotel Bar. Its called the Silver Saddle. Same place. I went with the local choice, "Wyoming Whiskey" which they billed as bourbon. It was good, but I am unknowledgeable about bourbon and especially so with this bourbon craze which is ongoing in the country. I myself felt like maybe they were trying to be something other than what they were, butI had more than one so draw your own conclusions.
We did have the pie. In fact, we bought some to take home. You can get the same pies in whole unbaked form at the Exxon station we were told and so we did. Highly recommend doing so.
My nephew is not a marine but is a navy man. He likes to let the world know, and we are very proud of his service. He was doubting his hunting ability as we left home on this trip, and he got a win. We were afraid we'd have to talk him out of a life-size mount. It was a great trip.
