I need 280AI loads for the 120 and 140 gr. Nos. BT's using N-165. I know that N-165 is a favorite powder that a lot of guys use it for this cartridge and I know that I have seen the loads listed here - just cannot find them. Help please! Guy G

I shoot a sub1" group at 200 yards with my cooper using this load:

58.5 Gr IMR 4831 Federal 210 Match and Nosler 140 accubond. Killed a 10 Pt at 350 last year. Gun shoots minutie of Whitetail - lights out. Chronos right at 3200 FPS.

Never shot the European Powder... no need to...

I was running 63.5gr of N165 with a Fed 210M primer and 140gr NBTs in my original .280AI. I don't remember the exact velocity, but it was around 3200fps with a 25" barrel.

Thoroughly enjoying Alaska since 2001.
