We have to keep tightening them (3 rifles equipped). Tonight we finally found one missing.

Is there a tip beyond glue or Teflon tape?

You don’t need an ap, you get the same center and sometimes better with a ghost ring.

Degreasing them before installation may help, I've also used silicone adhesive.
